We have gone through our first court hearing against the West Virginia State Tax Department, over our FOIA request for the states tax maps. We have won the case, however are in the process of waiting to see if the state will appeal the decision.

We have obtained the first of these tax maps and plan to offer these maps for free to everyone, as well as offer a service to overlay well locations, aerial photos and USGS topo maps in the near future.
